The problem — Organisations need dependable tracking of check-ins, work hours, leave and team availability — without cumbersome manual logging.

    A guided 6-step flow — invite, personal info, employment, leave/shift/assets/overtime, salary, activation — with saved progress so HR can pick up where they left off.

    Company-configurable rules for which profile sections employees may edit, and which fields they must fill.

  • Holiday calendar views

    Monthly and yearly holiday views in both BS and AD, with a collapsible settings sidebar to give the 12-month view room.

  • Team availability scope

    A company setting that lets HR choose whether employees see availability within their department or company-wide.

  • Flexible shift conversion

    Attendance records without a shift can now be converted to flexible shifts, with lateness, completion and daily salary recalculated.

  • Mobile-to-web parity

    Ported candidate features such as leave and overtime from the Flutter app to the Next.js dashboard.
